Construction

Cabinet: Double-walled cabinet with an outer wall made of mild steel, and inner chamber can be either of mild steel or stainless steel as required.

Insulation: Glass wool filled between the walls to a minimum thickness of 2 inches.

Door: Two doors are fitted on heavy chrome plated brass hinges. One of the doors contains the ball catch latch.

Finish: The outer side is painted with enamel paint. The inner side (in case of mild steel) is painted with heat-resistive aluminum paint.

Accessories: The aluminum or stainless steel trays can be provided at an extra cost.

Heating and Control

Heating: Heating is carried out by means of strip heaters fitted on both the sidewalls of the inner chamber.

Control: The temperature is controlled by a thermostat. For better accuracy and safety of the oven, Digital Temperature Controller (PEW-202) can be provided at an extra cost.

Temp. Range: 5OC above the ambient temperature to 150OC maximum.

Air Circulation: The air is circulated by means of a fan fitted directly on the motor shaft at one side of the drier. The drier has cross-flow air circulation.

Trays: Trays are made of aluminum or stainless steel with a standard size of 32" X 16" X 0.5".

Trolley: Trolley arrangements can be provided to accommodate 12 or 24 trays as required at an extra cost.
